Welcome to Miami Monthly Meeting

 

Welcome to those visiting our site for the first time! To new and returning visitors, we’re glad you’re here. We welcome inquiries about membership in the Religious Society of Friends. We don't consider membership an obligation for those wishing to share in our worship or participate in our activities. Each person must follow their own leading with regards to membership.

 

Our goal for this site is to provide you with information about us, both for long-time members and attendees, and those who’ve never visited Miami Monthly Meeting. 

 

If you live in Southwestern Ohio, or are planning to visit the area, we will be delighted to have you attend our Meeting for Worship. A link to an interactive map can be found on the About Us Page.  Visitors are always welcome at Meeting for Worship and we hope you find strength and peace while you worship with us. No special preparation is necessary and dress is casual.

 

Special arrangements to visit the Meetinghouse or our historic burial grounds during hours other than those when programs are taking place can be made by contacting one of the members listed on the About Us page or by filling out and submitting the form on the Contact Us Page.

 

To those unfamiliar with Quakers in general, or Miami Monthly Meeting in particular, we welcome you to learn about us, our History, and our Beliefs and Practices.  We also extend an invitation to you to join us for worship or any other event listed on the Calendar Page.  The About Us Page contains contact information and an interactive map should you decide to visit us.
